Frances became pregnant at 17 and by 21, she had 4 children under the age of 5. She was struggling through an abusive relationship. She overcame a mindset of a hopeless situation and moved to the San Pasqual reservation with her family.

Frances shares about her family’s story and legacy of warriors. Native Americans serve at 5 times the national average in the United States military.
Native Entrepreneurship
Frances started a career in the Gaming Commission at her tribe. She excelled in regulation and best practices. A pivotal moment prompted her to make a change. She was offered a job in tribal relations which eventually empowered her to start a business.
Working in Indian Country & Lending Native Organizations
Frances started her own business because she wanted to make a meaningful connection between business relationships and tribes. Frances educates on some key foundations that help businesses better understand and thrive with tribal commerce.
